Going Ape! Tony Danza, Danny Devito and three orangutans.
Cannonball Run I & II, for the end credits if nothing else. These movies are why blooper reels are so common today.
Last Action Hero came out when I was in the Navy, I read about how bad it was, when I finally saw it, my expectations were really low. The movie exceeded expectations.

Actually I thought Nicholson made for a halfway believable US President in Mars Attacks.
