You're supposed to imagine that axle and bearings are your own... that you're ****ing that *****, *******, or mouth. This is possible during close-ups (not to mention focus on the real target). Pan away and you can see the guy's face or any other part of of him and the illusion is broken.

I was under the impression that they showed everything very openly and clearly in porn flicks, which is in part why they're unrealistic. Maybe it's just you who fail to understand how to look at porn
