      Well, in the context of this thread, it's either eating a pussycat or dining on fish... Some people like it, others don't. *shrugs*

        I don't see how their decrying eating fish is incongruous with their notion of ethical treatment of animals. Fish are animals, and PETA has always maintained that eating animals is unethical.

        PETA has plenty of other whacko notions that are much more extreme than that.
