well if I am right all the debt held by poorest 30 countries is 35bn USD... well I'd pay off the debt of poorest 60+ countires until I spent about 200bn...
With next 200bn... I'd buy shares in all those crap banks, or the selected "too big to fail" ones who are still good enough/ie more conservative institutions who did the business well, like Goldman... to recapitalize them... (and let the international partners who have such idiotic investments in their own courtyard do the same/let them fail if they'd like... but most importantly do it themselves), that'd save a ton of money too + let the market do the trashing and rebuilding...
With the third 200bn I'd reinvest into "socialized medicine" - surely would get a good return on that as more expensive health care than already exists in US, is practically impossible
and the last 100bn I'd publicly give myself and my cronies
as a bonus for saving the US economy and the world in the process
