    So what would you do with 700 billion dollars?

    I'd split it into 3 parts of 233 billion dollars each.

    I'd like to try my hand at being an enlightened despot. I'd spend the first 233 to buy myself a very small island nation, or more likely, get more bang for my buck getting a huge track of land from some poor nation.

    I'd invest the second 233 in costs and infastructure for the land.

    I'd keep the last third as my personal piggy bank.

    So what would you do with 700 billion dollars?

    Assuming I was president? If the money was from a budget surplus, I would use it to pay off some of the national debt.

          I'd exchange it for 70 trillion pennies and then use the coins as ammunition for a railgun which I'd use to eliminate my enemies.

          (I guess I'd have to buy a railgun, too, but that would involve more math than I'm willing to do here.)

                    I'd like to try my hand at being a despot. With $233 billion in my pocket, I wouldn't have to be enlightened.

                          I'd keep 10 million for myself, give 350 to the government of Quebec and have them change the name of Quebec to Queue-bec.

                          I'd give the other 350 to the STM (Montreal mass transit corp) and have them change the name of the following metro stations:

                          McGill becomes McGilles.
                          Guy-Concordia becomes Guy-Carbonneau.
                          Crémazie becomes Crémazizi.
                          Champ-de-Mars to Champ-de-Marde.
                          Honoré-Beaugrand to Gonorrhée-Beaugland.
                          And of course, Côte-Vertu to Cvnt-Vertu.
