    This is bull****. Everyone has friends who don't know what they're doing or have any sense of minimalism who flood their profiles with this crap. Facebook used to keep a lid on that. Now it's a mess. And if you don't have a ton of crap -- then what's the point of all the tabs? They just get in the way.

      They don't get in the way, they let me filter what I see. Precisely so I don't need to see that you have added the latest American Idol widget and things of that nature...
