For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

    • One thing I should bring up is this, which I agree with.

But Gibson specified Bush doctrine to mean the doctrine that Bush enunciated in the run-up to the Iraq war. A potential Vice President really should've known that he was talking about pre-emptive war, but she appeared to be completely ignorant.
"Beware of the man who works hard to learn something, learns it, and finds himself no wiser than before. He is full of murderous resentment of people who are ignorant without having come by their ignorance the hard way. "

      • McCain's going to win because the Dems don't know how to run a campaign that appeals to the majority of Americans.

Clinton was the only guy who had a clue. His hubby was the only one to know what was going on, even if she had a soft spot for the ladies.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

        • The dems are going to lose because they have the leftist media on their side. The ones that think that moms can's have careers etc etc etc. Also the stategist that figured out that attacking McCain for being unable to use a computer is a good idea when millions of Americans are in that situation. Not to mention being out of touch because why? He's old. . I got a freakin hint for those 'strategists'...alot of freakin people are old, V O T I N G people. Or that left politico that said Palin's single qualification is that she hasn't had an abortion, or the guy that...never mind I'm tired of writing.

With friends like these, Obama doesn't need enemies. The main stream nation hasn't gone "yuck" this hard since Bill got the idea to do the cigar thing.

Obama is finding out just how loonie the loonie left is.

OKAY, I THOUGHT THE OBAMA COMMERCIAL MOCKING MCCAIN for not using a computer was dumb because it would alienate older voters. But it turns out it's a lot dumber than that:

The reason he doesn't send email is that he can't use a keyboard because of the relentless beatings he received from the Viet Cong in service to our country. . . . McCain's severe war injuries prevent him from combing his hair, typing on a keyboard, or tying his shoes.

Oops. Another unforced error from the Obama campaign, which seems to have had a lot of those lately. The above is from 2000 -- don't these people know how to use Google? Or NEXIS? Or something?

First I've heard of that, by the way, I, ah -- uhh -- the, uhh -- I, I guess I'm more of a practical fella. Uhh. I vowed after September the 11th that I would do everything I could to protect the American people. And, uhh -- my attitude, of course, was affected by the attacks.ha ha ...ummm Let me see... I knew we were at a war. I knew that the enemy, obviously, had to be sophisticated, and lethal, to fly hijacked airplanes, uhh, into -- facilities that would, we would, killing thousands of people, innocent people, doin' nothing, just sittin' there goin' to work."--President George W Bush, after being asked if the war in Iraq and the rise of terrorism are signs of the apocalypse

                • Obama's computer ad proves that he's a dumb ****. Nobody outside Obama's base gives a **** whether McCain is computer literate. Is Obama's base not sufficiently motivated?

                            • Thank god I live in California. The only Presidential ad I've seen over the past couple of weeks is the one in which McCain [falsely] tells me Obama is going to raise my taxes.
