Rabbits have 4 rabbits feet, and so do get good rolls from the RNG. The cuteness and fuzziness can win over diplomatic relations, but you have to watch out for hungry leaders or those chicks who dig fur coats like Lizzy. Rabbits also breed like... rabbits... and the extra pop growth is perhaps the best civ trait in the game.

That said, without a carrot resource near their starting location they can't build their UU (+50% vs Elmer Fudds) and are pretty much screwed by anyone who gets to gunpowder (or holy hand grenades).

We went down to Lance's beach house yesterday. Had my first fresh coconut. The weather was perfect, water was perfect, the only real drawback was I got my butt kicked by Dolores in a game of darts.

My guess is that I will go in for the surgery, probably the first week in December. They wanted me to do it today, but it would have screwed up my Thanksgiving, and for the moment at least, I feel fine.

It's only supposed to knock me out for a few days, so I can't see how it could have any affect on my trip to the Phils.

It has, though, delayed my sending off the LBC box. I was planning to send it yesterday, but as I sit here typing, I can raise my eyes and still see it.

Get some good drugs. When I had my apendix out there were some complications but they wheeled out the good stuff and all was well with the universe.

I had so much stuff that I couldn't fit into the first LBC box, that I put it into a second LBC box and sent it off yesterday. Pretty much the same thing, canned food (more roast beef this time), soap & TP. I still had a little room left, so I put in some of my paperbacks. You can read and/or lend out any book you want, but eventually, I'll want the books back.
