Upcoming Phils trip update

Yep. Just putting the finishing touches on the sun room in fact. Have the framing, siding, custom windows (which includes the roof in this case), and most the insulation done. Flooring is cut and ready to lay. Just need to put insulation in the walls and then panel over that. Then touch up some of the staining.

I'll post some pictures when it's done.

Today it's about 55-60 in the house... don't have the fire going 24/7 yet, only some nights... but it's 90 in the sun room.

Tickets are going to be a little spendier than I thought. Darlene came in at $1340 with SLC being $60 more.

I had high hopes for ASAP, but their program doesn't allow for the difference in price for travel over three months. So all the wonderful $ figures I got were bogus. Got me all excited.

The good news is she appears to have figured a way to get us all the way to Tag, and that's incl in the price above...I think. On the way back we take the boat. So we have no return journey flight from Tag to MNL. From MNL back to the US destinations we have tickets. If you change plans you should consider that extra expense from Tag to MNL.

Man, I can't wait to get home.

$1300 was what I was figuring on from SLC to Manilla or Cebu... though I figured the +SLC part was going to be more than $60... so it's pretty close this way if that's $1400 to Tag.
