      Cool story , but a bit misleading in one respect: for one of them for instance, he could go back to 1550CE (CE I'm assuming ) before this discovery. Now, he can go back to 1550CE with a huge blank to three millennia.

      Again, interesting account, but I am still more interested in learning of who has the longest, verified and complete family tree in the world.

        Probably the guy who did the DNA tests on the bones was from the same general area, and shared the same gene characteristika. His DNA contaminated the sample, and...voila...a story about nothing.

        DNA sample in 3000 year old bones are fickle at best, and quite easily contaminated by even the best laboratory workers
