          There is a reason why in every civilized society the administration of justice is taken away from the individual and given to a third party institution. It takes away the personal aspect of the process.

          And why the hell is it that the more conservative people get the more selective they are on their bloody christian values ???

            True Bill for some homicide charge, not quite sure which one on the limited facts given, but the facts do NOT support a defense under the 'castle' doctrine, and do appear to support self defense. Note that in texas it take 10 (of 12) vote for a true bill, so as many as 9 of the Grand Jurors may have voted to indite. Note, also, however, that the standard of evidence to indite in Texas is easy. Rather than prima facie case as in the majority of state jurisdiction, it is only 'probable cause' here.
