As I said in a previous thread, this was Obama's own fault. Wright's speeches were misreported by the press, and instead of taking the high road and urging people to watch the whole speeches (which were all available on Youtube), he sold Wright out by implicitly acknowledging that what the media had said was accurate.Originally posted by Zkribbler

It wasn't just an anti-Bush speech though. It contain unfavorable comments about Bush, yes. But the post was not about him. You're the one whose ranting and raving, making chimp noises and throwing bananas at the mere mention of his name. Perhaps, you'd better take a look at yourself before you say anything further.
I'm simply saying move on for God's sake. I know it's really cool and all to make fun of Bush and I guess until December people will have something to do but try getting ahead of the curve and find the next person to ridicule to make yourself feel better. Start a trend, don't follow.
