NetNet, Dolores would like to know why the wall in the picture above is green stained?

I was just going over my pix from my last trip to the Phils, and I have one with the green stain on the outside of the wall.

(I tried to attaching the pic, but the attachment wouldn't take. I tried to upload it using Poly's uploading service, but it said my pic was dislegal. Then I tried to PM it and to e-mail it to you, but Poly doesn't have a way of attaching photos to PMs or e-mails.)
