We had a short period of anarchy due to a govenment change, but now we back as great power.

Your info about Russia is toooooooooooo outdated.

The capital city is Calgary, and I build my forbidden palace in Moscow once I take it over. I then rename Moscow to New Newfoundland.

I raze most cities, though. I find that the Civ AI -- like Russians -- maintains terrible city infrastructure that is too expensive to fix.

You can make custom civilizations. I did.

Canada is too powerful to be included by default, it unbalances the game.

And yeah, the russians are usually the first civ eliminated in most of the CIV games I play regardless of the civ I get assigned.
