Part of the reason Scotland does badly and needs that crap is government neglect - the English have exploited and marginalized that country for far too long.

Their new cash cow is renewable energy. Though the SNP's ruralism makes it unlikely commit they'll to it, for example the cancellation of the Lewis wind farm.
