Lori, dude, how did you get it? I read the book before the movie came out, I think I was... 11 or 12 years old. Loved it. Not the murdering per se, but all the detailed ... I mean that cat is crazy, how do you write a book like that about products? Anyway, it was excellent. That's hwo I view the world more than anything else. About how people show themselves and what they do and all kinds of stuff.
SO anyway, I was disappointed at the movie, but I did like my Bateman. Because he's just like me. Well not really, I'm a poor man's version of that. But I'm strict. Very. Strict. And I hate you and despise you for not getting it right. You get it right or you don't get it and if you don't get it... I mean if you're selling me something, I won't buy. Just because you can't dress or take care of yourself, skin, hair or whatever. It's over. GTFO.
And NO, I won't even go to the grocery store unless I've showered first. But that dries skin, so you better have some stuff on your skin and that can lead to other things, so yeah, you better be good or you'll get it wrong. And you can't rush it, then you look, smell and feel rushed. That's teh worst. Wake up earlier if you don't have the time to do it or work faster, or do something else or forget about doing it. It's not about how you look, its who you are. It is who you are to yourself and others. If you don't have the time to present yourself at your best, please, don't sell me anything, I won't buy.
I'm strict about my music, food, scent, outlook, how my home looks... I mean back to Bateman, I had my new business cards yesterday and I was disappointed. I'm going to have to charge the project for a new set of cards, because these won't do. The colours aren't the same as they are in the brochure. It's BS that's what it is, the white is totally off, it was supposed to have that little grey in it but it didn't have it, it was plain white. Or greyish white, I wanted that because it has these blue block figures in it so it fits nicely, blue and grey blocks. So now it looks stupid. Send them bakc, I don't ****ing want them.
True story.
