No. the political fallout of using nukes would stay the hand of the major nuclear powers. they have too much to lose from diplomatic isolation. Are you thinking they are going to do use the nukes to set out to conquer the world?

ABM will absolutely not lead to the use of nuclear weapons. If that were the case the US would have used nukes in Afghanistan or Iraq or to bring Iran to it's knees because it sure as hell knew the other major nuclear powers weren't going to go nuclear on the US for the sake of those places.

Is it? It looks like most people are more concerned with criticising others, and they put down those who criticise them. Western society looks very arrogant, even bigoted.
