                  anyway, Wiglaf had a point

you don't have any incentive to be informed, since your vote doesn't represent how well informed you are. In it's way it can be rationale to be uninformed.

NOt really if you hope for a result in what you perceive to be in your own interest

IN that caase it is in your interest that you and all people of similar views be informed so that they can vote correctly for candidates that support those views. IT is also in your interest that those that WOULD oppose you be uninformed--

I do note in passing that it took you two separate one line posts in order to address said slanderous insults

But then again I recall when Provost posted "and I'll have a cherryade" about 5000 times so your posts are an example of diverse content by comparison

This is truth only if you take part in a very small and a well organized group. (like a farmer)

But, for the majority of people, being politically informed is not rationale.

I have a better idea than Wiggys, instead of an IQ test to be allowed to vote, we make voting one of the innumerable "personality tests" that you can find online.

Everyone takes the test instead of voting for a person. Which ever candidates views most closely match your, is the candidate that gets your "vote".

So when Wiggy does the test, instead of Getting a personality of Right Wing nutjob, he gets a vote of Dick Cheney.

                                ACK!
