Today I had two bullah cakes, a banana, some dates, a mug of Dutch coffee and some grape juice.

Just some cereals and milk for me in the morning. Enough to give me a bit of energy for the morning ahead but I don't have that much of an appetite until later on.

3am and I can't sleep. Not hungary yet though eventually I'll be having oatmeal.

Have you considered being the Czech Republic instead?

Known as 'poor man's bread' in Jamaica. They're quite firm, and reminiscent of gingercake.

They fill you up nicely- you can get the ones about the size of medium cookies, and others which are a bit thicker, and darker and more like side plates in size.

                  Mmm, bullah cakes.
