Maybe you don't like the show or don't watch but in almost every episode they take a shot at some topical issue or another, usually through those wonderful " on television shows only " cross examinations.
So in one show they hit on the sub-prime crises and global warming. The cross-exam of of teh leader of " Green People" was priceless-- Among things they raised
- Bottled water is terrible for the environment ( his current lawyer was drinking some
--Hybrid cars may be worse than Hummers (nickel extraction and long transportation of their batteries PLUS people tend to drive more)
WALKING is bad for the environment-- Increases people's caloric needs and triggers more consumption
Eating meat is bad
etc etc
You get the point-- Whether any of it is true is not relevant -- it was funny as heck
