This is going to be Poly House I in schlomo. The checks take weeks to get here, but I have no idea how many or how much most of them will be. I'll report them as they come in. There were quite a few (12) that said they would contribute in the poll...We have 4 contributorsin our paypal account now that sent, after paypal deductions, $340ish. Both you and our Texan friend have sent $100, so that brings us to $540. My boss at the casino gave $500 and Dolores and I are going $500. So $1540. We need $2500ish, but could get away with $2000. The difference between the two figures is whether they have a toilet or an outhouse, a coregated metal roof or one made of nepa reeds that blows away in the storms and leaks when it starts getting old. That sort of thing. So we really need $1000 more. That gives us a hollow block room with a bathroom. Anything over our basic could go for a bedroom or two...Cement when we built the first Poly house was 70P a bag, it's now 182P/ bag, just as an example.
So the cost is somewhat of a guess on my part, best I can do, sorry. The cement prices go up and down like the stock market here, the retailers change them sometimes daily. From cement prices the hollow block makers determine their costs. Metal bar is twice what it was.
Blah. We'll do the best we can, myself and my brother in law, Bonifacio, will work for naught and have the tools, Rigo is skilled in cement work, Marivic can cook for us and Irish can look cute. We'll get it done.
You'll have to wait until after Xmas for my moneys, but I can't let a Texan be the most bleedingest heart! For his own good, too. They'd string 'im up if the locals found out!
