Fine. Substitute that with "carriers of the Islamic memetovirus", which sounds so much more clinical.

This is important - there are many people who call themselves "Muslims" but who are either immune to the memetovirus, or in whom the circumstances have rendered it benign. The phrase does not, in any way, refer to them. It refers to only those in whom the m-virus is active and has hijacked the mental machinery of the victim. Terrorism and ethnic cleansing is only an emergent behaviour of large groups of infected agents.

At the end they say that the terrorist attacks on the WTC would not have occurred if the US had stopped the ethnic cleansing of Kashmir. They even imply that those responsible for the atrocities in kashmir are the same Afghani Mujahideen fighters that the US sent stinger missiles and M16s to in the soviet-afghan war.

Such accusations do not appear to be well tailored towards ending the world's silence or maintaining the credibility of their version of events.
