This is important - there are many people who call themselves "Muslims" but who are either immune to the memetovirus, or in whom the circumstances have rendered it benign. The phrase does not, in any way, refer to them. It refers to only those in whom the m-virus is active and has hijacked the mental machinery of the victim. Terrorism and ethnic cleansing is only an emergent behaviour of large groups of infected agents.
