That´s what I will eat this evening:

    It is Ofenkäse (oven cheese).
A small loaf of cheese in a wooden basket, which is heated in the oven.
Results in the Cheese (that is surrounded by the crust) getting liquid so that, when the crust on the upper side is cut, you can dip bits of bread into it, similar to a swiss cheese fondue.
    It is simply delicious

                    Ingredients:
                    600g Pumpkin
                    250g Couscous
                    250g hacked meat
                    3 onions
                    250g Yoghurt
                    50g Parmesan/Grana
                    2teasp. Kurkuma
                    1/2 teasp. Cumin
                    1/2 teasp. nutmeg
Salt, pepper and sweet pepper powder at will

                    Preparation:
Cut pumpkin to small cubes, steam with butter until bland.
Dash couscous with hot water, let it soak
Heat olive oil in a pot, add hacked onions, then add hacked meat, salt, pepper and a bit cumin until well done.
Mix couscous, pumkin, and the other spices (again salt, pepper, and a pinch of cumin). Mix very well!
                    Pre-heat the oven at 180-200°C.
Grease the casserole dish. Make layers, like: Mix-Yoghurt-Hacked meat-Mix-Yoghurt-Hacked Meat-Mix-Yoghurt. Put the grated parmesan on top, sprinkle with olive oil.
Make a small hole in the center.
Put in the oven for ~15 minutes - until you can't resist anymore ;-).

Here are the photos from today's preparation. Pics from the complete meal will be delivered once done.
Looks yummy, I must try that some time (exchanging the meat with quorn or something...)

This night Spanish Omelette (potatoes omelette). Quick, cheap and tasty if well done.

I like it without onion though.
