      No country is going to place its national interests below that of another. Nor are they going to give the WTO world governing power unless they are going to be in direct control of that world governing power.

            Didn't the same thing happen with sugar subsidies a few years ago? Not too much came out of that from what I can recall. I'm not optimistic...
