Did you listen to the second video? It is like a toddler being deprived of his candy. If the cops want you out, you go with them and STFU. As school police they can remove someone from a school function if they think it's a disturbance. If you have a complaint, file it. The time to scream and moan and flail around is not in the middle of the auditorium.

She was assigned to the microphone, since she was standing right behind it. Apparently Q&A had ended and the kid then told the cop to **** off. Telling any school official or policewoman to **** off is grounds to be removed from a school function. Wrestling with the police afterwards gets you tasered as a matter of procedure, and yes that is a safety precaution.

This kid in particular has a lot of videos on his site of him pulling practical jokes on people. He just wants attention, hence the inappropriate questions and rudeness to those in authority.

That won't affect his settlement amount.

I heard the cop gave him a credit card too.

Hard to sue when you are told "I will taser you if you keep resisting" twice and then keep fighting.

Oh you are so unbelievably wrong.

I can only presume you are trolling at this point.

Furthermore, the police had a right to remove the kid. Tasering can prevent other injuries. I know, I got to play an ELF-like rioter in a training activity with the Roanoke police and the national guard. I had two police officers pick me up and slam me to the ground, breaking my nose in the process.

Unbelievably wrong? There have been plenty of similar taser cases. If the guy refuses warning and continues fighting with police, as is clearly the case here, he goes down.

Are you blind, or is there some reason why six cops can't arrest someone without injuring them at all.

His civil liberties were violated. He will be given a large amount of $$. When you have wronged someone - you pay.

As I say, you must be trolling and I will debate the obvious no further. Time will prove you wrong.
