That is some ****ed up logic. I'm not the only person questioning activation rates, especially considering the last time they announced it, they did not match "Sold" numbers (or even come close).
Investors are assuming AT&T's activation numbers are still lacking, and their refusal to confirm or deny has hammered their stock.

Again, low stock price simply means that some investors expectation have not been met. It doesn't mean that investors think ATT has a huge amount of inventory.
