Those of us that grew up in cold climes remember the goofy kid that just had to lick the pole. He just had to do it. He'd be stuck there while the rest of got bored and wandered off.

I betcha Lancer couldn't resist trying it either. Seems the type.

Hmmm 18 different people posted in the thread but 44 votes. I guess it's time to check out who voted for what and duplicate IPs

The vote couldn't be rigged! Could it?

Btw Rah - You will notice I've been posting (as Wezil anyway) from two separate ips.

I have access to many more (if needed of course).

I only voted once though. I promise.

I am laughing because a few have referred to this as rigged or actually useless.

For a useless thread, seems mighty odd some potential dl's would skew the results.

I mean, the results are just that and nothing more.

No we win or they win, just as a metter of passing time.

thanks for being the reasonable one

Any suspects? Shall we call in Donegal?

I bet it was the "keep things separate" crowd. I don't trust any of them. Particulary Grampa Troll. He's a shifty one.

No thread that discusses a community issue is useless.
It may amount to nothing but far from useless.

Contrary to popular belief, site decisions are not made totally in a vacumn (no jokes please)

We do listen to suggestions and many times have influenced policy. But with as diverse a site as this is, there are always going to be some far out suggestions that don't get serious discussion. (this is not one of those examples obviously)

D'oh!! That's what we were discussing. :slapsforehead:

                              I stand corrected then.
