The conclusions reached there are from a conservative think tank, and I can't find an actual copy of the study after a quick search online. Regardless, the study uses data no more recent than 1992.

I'd do a little more research into the study, but I'm at work right now. Inane debate on Apolyton is one thing; intensive fact-finding is another.
