As a consequence, the other 30 voters (or possibly more) have wasted around 900 votes only for cancelling each other votes.
I wonder if this curious game could be a version of the prisoner paradox; it is likely better not to vote for your preferred civ in order to avoid attracting negative votes, whereas your negative votes are always on the civ with the smallest figure.Statistical anomaly.
