Where did you get that definition? I take issue with the use of the word "complete." Authoritarian is used as a relative term. Few people are completely authoritarian. Those who are probably suffer from mental disease.

Yes, some people have more rigid thinking though. They can't seem to operate out of their world view, even when things seem obvious to most other people. I might have been wrong about you though.
