I usually get ground sirloin and chop in some cilantro, garlic, and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Then add some Worchestershire sauce and perhaps some BBQ sauce.

          Great burgers
          Imran, you go guy!

I love Worchestershire sauce, my wife uses it in our meatloaf!

I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

Yup, I am a very good diet now and am loosing weight, down to 30 grams of fats a day and about 2800 calories.

I was looking at what i am normally used to 2 Triple Cheeseburgers from Wendy's DANG!

Then suckas each have 59 grams of fat which is 118 at thatmeal alone...

No wonder I was 318 or so at one point.

Down to 268 now and another easy 40-50 more to go

Still, dem dar burgars make me wanna ...P!$$ away all the hard work I started

The problem is that we are creatures with obsolete instincts. The instinct to crave and seek out rich fatty food was fine when such commodities were rare, but in the age of McDonalds, it becomes a grave liability. I sometimes wonder if life is worth living constantly at war with desire. Maybe Buddhism is the way.

If it's fastfood you are refering to, the answer is artificial flavouring.

If it's restaraunts you're refering to, the answer is that it's prepared by profesional chefs/cooks.

If you want to make better tasting burgers, stop cooking them the way you are.

Fake meat? Like those plastic pears? No, I try to avoid petrochemicals in my diet.

I've eaten Veggie burgers, Tofu burgers, lentil burgers, and even bison burgers, but I don't think I've ever had fake meat burgers.

Well, maybe once. My grandparents bought some vegetarian burgers from a M&M meat shop for me once. They where highly suspicious.
