Oh heck yeah. He just played Eisenhower in a movie a little while ago. Supposedly there was a ghost in "Three Men & a Baby", but that's been disputed.

campaign contributions should not be made public without the permission of the donors, hell, gov't shouldn't even know who is giving money to candidates.

free speech includes anonymous speech and I have no doubt the framers of the Constitution would agree as several of them wrote anonymously to avoid gov't retribution

That was 200 years ago, before money became poisonous in political campaigns.

I can't understand your attitude to the Constitution. The people who wrote it were extremely progressive, and existed before the age of mass media. It's quite likely that they would write a much different document today.
