I'm Sick of Change

I'm talking copper and silver, and there are two choices.

A) Carry a pocketful of coins and try to unload it, which sucks, but is more practical I suppose than
B) Carry no change. Then when the total is $7.04, you get 96 more cents to deal with somehow.

Yes, I know. I can put it all in a big jar or something and cash it all in someday. That doesn't make it not suck.

I have all this change in the door handle of my truck. It's filled to the top. Now, everytime I shut the door, change goes flying across the cab.

I don't expect anyone here to solve the problem, but that doesn't mean I can't rant a little.

some banks have change machines. get a bucket, dump your change in, get a reciept. takes about 2 minutes.

...give that receipt to the teller. get about $50. buy alcohol. get smashed. log on to 'Poly and brag. problem solved.

I did that before, and I can't stand the paper trail.
Every single thing I bought or did is laid out there.
I don't like that at all.

carry 4 pennies, 2 dimes, and a nickel. then you'll be atleast able to always get quarters or nothing back

The accumulation of change is due to laziness...It iseasier to just pay with bills only. If you will try to pay the exact amount of change when possible, you will rarely get more that a dollar of change in your pocket.

BTW: The govt no longer puts copper in pennies. Copper is too expensive. Pennies have zinc instead.

I don't want anydamnbody monitoring my habits. That includes some bored on their ass bank clerk.
I also don't like those grocery store discount cards.
Bull****. Raise the prices so you use this card, and they monitor you that way.

I use a friend of mine's grocery card.
That way, I get the discounts; he gets the special offers.
