In her defense. It seems our society needs such trash celebrities (Germany's Dieter Bohlen and his ex-fiancées are another example) - we cry out loud for them. It's not their fault that we're so pathetic, they only take advantage of it, which is just fair. We love talking about them and to feel the anger of the righteous.

Paris Hilton: early release for being insufficiently African-American and poor.

She was escorted into court disheveled, without makeup, hair askew and face red with tears.
        Cruel and unusual punishment.

Boo hoo. Poor Paris having to share a room with people who aren't paparazzi or filming her for a porn video.

Still, we can now look forward to the remake of 'Women's Prison', the 'Jail Diary of Paris Hilton', the 'Hilton Hooch' scent bottle, the prison chic fashion range...

That Judge is laughing in the inside, oh yes. He probably laughs himself to sleep too.

Well - this is also a sad case for American jurisprudence.

First incarcerated. Then given time off. Then released to serve time at her home. Then reincarcerated, to serve the full time of her sentence, no word about the time off.

So many errors were made in this case - and not only by Paris Hilton.

Don't get me wrong here - I am all for her serving her sentence. But in this case it almost looks like she is being treated harsher than average, just for being a "celebrity".

Maybe the best thing for everyone on this planet would be for someone to have the heart to smuggle a good length of rope into her cell right now.

She'll only release a ghastly video of herself doing something with it.

'Tain't Hollywood, dear, it's class privilege. She's from the ruling class, so they think they have different rules. Usually they do, but she's a celeb, so they're making an example of her. If she weren't a famous skank, she'd probably be serving her sentence at home.

Whereas under Communism, the new ruling class would have had her hanged from a lamp post simply for belonging to the old ruling class.

The idea of her ruling anything is quite non-sensical by the way.

Bull****. The sheriff is as big of an ass as Paris. He should be fired. If he isn't fired, that's the second mistake. The only other one being, his letting the rich***** go home for a day.

So go figure out another way to slam the USA, because this statement makes you look stupid.

She's heir to the Hilton fortune. You may not have much of an impression of her now, but she will always be more powerful, influential, and important than you, simply by accident of birth.

Hey hey - I didn't mean it as a way to slap you guys. This could happen in any country, as far as I am aware. I just meant to point out that her right to due process was probably violated in this case, through errors from the sheriff department, and that the judge perhaps didn't give that proper consideration in his ruling yesterday.

But ease up, please, Slowwhand. I didn't mean to point fingers specifically at the US, ok??

(And the stupid remark, I will just choose to ignore)

Communists really should be among the last people to whine about supposedly confining power, influence and importance to a small elite.
