I really don't think the Flemish liberal party wants to go first. There be dragons there...
IF, and I do mean IF, it will be when other parties who have tried to from a government and failed, beg them to.
They wanne sit back and be asked to join to govern so they can set some (extra) demands.
The same goes for the French part, unless Reynders puts himself first and desperately wants to become prime minister but I'm sure he realises that, that price is going to be (to) high to pay (again, next year, another election. If he becomes prime minister and there is extended state reform, DiRupo is going to have a field day next year with him.).
To be honest, I don't think anyone really even wants to go first and we may even see the CD&V trying to relieve some pressure by saying that, for them, the liberals are welcome to go first.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

I don't. I always added "today's" when I meant geographical regions of today's countries. The linguistic borders go back at least to 840, they have been reconstructed by linguists for that time.

The change from Latin to vernacular languages doesn't play any role, because Latin was used by administration and educated people only. The average population used early versions of French and Dutch.
Why doing it the easy way if it is possible to do it complicated?
