While many counties give the County Sherriff the "latitude" for controlling inmate incarceration levels, the whole point of the judge in this case was to send a point, that being a celebrity doesnt exclude you from being held accountable to the law.
No Paris didnt murder anyone or rob someone at gunpoint. What she did was, she broke the law.
Money should not be able to get a spoiled little brat out of her debt to society.
As for overcrowding, as previously stated, she was in a private area cordoned off for celebrities and Law Enforcement officers.
