I disagree completely. I reckon Romney, Obama, Hilary are way smarter. I mean, Harvard law degrees, founded multi-million dollar companies, etc. I mean lookn at Romney: graduated summa *** laude, JD/MBA scholar, 3 years after he left law school he was a Vice President at Bain, founded a private equity firm that made ridiculously huge profits, was floated back in as CEO of Bain and turned it around in under a year, saved the Salt Lake City games (financially), then become governor. That's a huge amount of success. It takes an awful lot of intelligence to found a private equity firm and be successful, the people who do this type of thing are ridiculously smart (not to associate intelligence with money-making-ability, but lots of very clever people are drawn to it).
Obama was president of Harvard Law Review, graduated magna *** laude and lectured at Chicago law school.
There's a lot of very smart people in this race. I don't see why Ron Paul even qualifies as one of the most intelligent. Sure, he's more principled, he stands by what he means, but why does that mean he's intelligent? Clearly he's pretty smart, but clearly most of the people involved are pretty smart. You don't usually get to this stage in a profession like politics without being pretty smart.
