it's like hollywood forgets the movies they just made. I watched a film similar to this on cable with Lindsay Lohan. It's called: Just my Luck.

Hollywood is so desperate they are making remakes 1 year after the original . Okay I'm sure the film is somewhat different, but from the previews, they looked quite a bit alike. though it looks like a male lead instead of a female one.

As for the Lindsay Lohan film, it was okay. A few funny moments here and there.

Looking at wiki, I'm pretty sure the similarities are only superficial. Looks like it's a very different premise.

Anyways, Good Luck Chuck was sufficiently amusing, despite its flaws. Also, Jessica Alba pwns Lindsay Lohan.

you're too young for all that sex talk. . I usually watch a little bit when I'm flipping through the channels. Film holds up fairly well, even though the lead chars are despicable, there are some really funny scenes in this movie. Kind of turned me into a vince vaughn fan, so I watched the Break Up when it was on. Just a standard romantic comedy, but it had some funny moments. And Jenifer Aniston's naked ass..
and i thought it was a good movie.

              • My fave of the 3 main AP series (though not the best of the 3).

I watched 3 crappy comedies on the weekend:

                Me, You and Dupree

How To Lose a Guy In 10 Days

                Chuck and Larry

                • I watched two movies this weekend.

One was an hour long Starz presentation called The Black Cat based on a short story by Poe. It was awful and felt more like an episode of The Outer Limits than a movie, but it did feature one of DS9's best actors.

The other was You Kill Me, which was cute and funny, but nothing special. Also, Tea Leoni is still hot, despite being like 40.

                  • I watched "Teh Beast," which is about a Soviet tank lost in Afghanistan. An excellent movie

Also watched Serenity, which looks great in HD.

Finally, TBS HD was showing Gladiator, so I watched half of it. What a movie (I should have just watched teh 1080p version off my computer, but there's something to be said for idly flipping through channels and coming across teh second provincial arena scene)

                        down with body doubles

I think the integrity of hollywood should require these actresses (and in some case actors) show their stuff. yes I know using hollywood and integrity in the same sentence is a bit silly.

                        • So I finally get around to watching the Borat movie as it's on HBO now. Pretty good, not quite as funny as I'd hoped. Sometimes I can't understand his accent, and miss some of the stuff he's saying.

And you don't want to know what movie I'm watching now. Showgirls. tv version. Though I don't actually know what showgirls has in common with music and why it's on VH1. I wonder how they have enough movie left to fill a 2 hour timeslot. But I feel it's my duty to watch this movie as it takes place in my hometown. And it's a cult classic from what I hear, because the movie is so bad. And it is really bad. I've avoided watching this movie until now, but I think I'm going to turn it off in a couple minutes.

                          • Saw Soylent Green recently. Not bad. Loved the furniture, though. Never thought I'd say this about furniture, but it was hot.

Also saw season 1 of Heroes. Its was sorta addictive, at first. But, ultimately, its just a another dumb comic book story.
