The look on Jim's face when Phyllis called him "Michael" was priceless. I think he now has a greater appreciation for Michael's job. And then Jim's face when Michael was like I never thought I'd be here too 10 years ago was classic as well .

Michael: That's what I said... that's what she said.
that ending bit with Michael and Jim was good. I also liked how Michael remembered it was Creed's birthday as he was playing Survivor man. I think it really showed Michael's worth and value to the company, despite being a complete idiot.
I liked how Jim started to get irritated with Toby.
I think that this has been the best season so far. I thought that the show started to slip a bit last season (with Phyllis' wedding being the worst episode of the series), but this season has been fantastic.
They've done a good job at integrating Andy into the cast, making Ryan the douchy heel, bringing Michael and Dwight back from the brink of cartoony charicature (I know that their characters will always be charicatures to some extent, but it seemed at times last season that the writers were going to do away with any realism or depth and make them nothing but ridiculous comic foils- see Michael at Phyllis' wedding, for example. This season they've brought some depth back to Michael and Dwight and have made the characters much more enjoyable, IMO) , did a great job with the Karen cameo, and have even managed to keep Jim interesting (now satisfied in his relationship, he's free to be angsty about his future.) The one liners and off-the-cuff remarks have been great-"Dwight, you're creepier than a real serial killer"
I liked how Jim started to get irritated with Toby.
Hehe... that was hilarious. He was really getting more "Michael" as the show went on. He got the power, starting making (bad) decisions, and then retreated into Michael's office.

It's the 2nd best for me. Season 2 was a masterpiece of a season. I read that if the writer strike ends, Greg Daniels promises the next episode being produced is the funniest ever.
"You expect to get screwed by your employer; you don't expect to get screwed by your girlfriend"
This was probably one of the best shows of the series.
