Yep... he's useful.
Especially making interrogations go much quicker, cutting out boring Q&A sessions.

another fun episode... I wonder why Linderman couldn't heal Molly, and the more I think about it the more I agree that Peter's mom has a prophecy through dreams power. Sucks that Hiro couldn't kill Sylar. Who knew that if you touched him while time was standing still that he would unfreeze.
I'd think that genetic problems are unabled to be healed in the normal sense... or they purposely didn't do it to bring Mohinder into their fold. Maybe now he'll release his list to them, and then Molly can find them.

Err.. what? Time unfroze because Hiro lost focus, because he couldn't bring himself to kill Sylar.

My thought was that he lost focus. But I'm not really an expert on the time-space continuum.
Is there more to Molly's power than just finding people? If all she can do is find Sylar, would the guy say she is the only one who can defeat him?
The scenes with Sylar and his mom were excellent.
Fabulous episode . I thought we learned a ton about Sylar and they made him seem so much less monsterous. The fact that he doesn't just kill people for fun . . . Also the fact that there is a bunch that want New York to explode and that includes Nathan -- wow

I thought his eye moved, and then everything started up again...
Well, because Hiro lost focus... he didn't want to do it. It would make no sense for Sylar to be able to bend time - he's not Peter.

Actually, Sylar could hear Hiro's heartbeat while frozen and as the camera zoomed in on his frozen face, his eye moved, a moment passed, then time unfroze and his stabbed mother fell to the floor. Ugly little plot hole the writers just dug there.
Also, this notion that Hiro can unfreeze select objects by touching them with other objects he touching (ie he was touching the sword and the sword gently pressed against Sylar's neck before Hiro pulled back to deal the final blow) is problematic. Hiro is wearing socks, his socks are touching his shoes, his shoes are touching the ground, therefore nothing on Earth should be frozen in time. It's similar to the walking though walls problem: By all rights, DL should fall through the floor and to the center of Earth the moment he phases.

Who's Parkman again? Is that the cop? And when did he get an order to kill some kid? I'm assuming you're talking about the diseased girl Saresh cured (well, is curing by the end of the episode, we don't know yet if it worked).

Probably it is localized.

And my point still stands: Everything in that room should have been unfrozen by virtue of being in range of Hiro's shoes. Either Sylar can still make use of some of his powers while frozen in time or Hiro can unfreeze things by indirectly touching them. The later poses much greater problems. The former is just cheating on Sylar's/the writers' part.

Errr... except that it was Hiro who actually unfroze time because he didn't have the will to just kill someone. He couldn't do it. And that's why Sylar didn't stay frozen. Hiro lost his focus and it gradually faded from Sylar.

Parkman is the mind reading cop. Remember they are going to NY to stop the tracking of Heroes. And, IIRC, HRG says they are working on a better project than just the tattoos. It's most likely Molly.

Yes.
Parkman, Sprague, and Bennet's objective is to destroy "the Walker system," which is little Molly.
There are other things that are bothering me, however.
Linderman and his organization (Eric Roberts) want the "bomb" to go off. However, the organization jailed Ted Sprague in Texas. Does this mean that he has nothing to do with their plans to explode NYC? Is the "bomb" a real bomb after all, one that Micah is supposed to make work?
Or was the Odessa jailbreak all staged, with (or without) Bennet's knowledge? Bennet knows what is in store for NYC, although we don't know if he is actually in on the organization's plans. Why would he bring a radioactive man to NYC, knowing what he knows? Does he agree with Linderman's plan? Is he still a part of the organization, secretly? If so, why is the organization being so circuitous? Why not bring Sprague to NYC themselves? Why risk having Bennet "ally" with Sprague and bring him to NYC with a clairvoyent do-gooder?
And Mama Petrelli is also in favor of blowing up the city, but she is also trying to hide her granddaughter from his organization. Are we to assume that she is not allied with Linderman, only in agreement with this plan?
