    define "Asia-oriented".As pointed out. Even in oldskool consumer products, engineering, design, marketing and PR, etc. etc. are still very much at home in the west.

      Gas fired, nuclear powered, coal fired... all of them are going to be built based on high efficiency standards, meaning they will need high efficiency heat exchangers, condensors, boilers etc...

      This required thin walled tubes...

      Let's compare the two top tiers

      Microsoft (in USD, million): leading position (don't know market share but i bet it is more than 10 %)
      - Revenue: 44,282
      - Op income: 16,472

      Arcelor-Mittal (in USD, million): ~10 % of global shipments
      - Revenue: 88,576
      - Op income: 11,824

      Meaning, that while your margins are higher (logical since you don't use much of raw materials) your total sales generation is dwarfed by that of the steel industry... which is really an indicator of how the world economy is doing...
