Camden tends to smell of other things, really...
No expletives or exasperation from me, just because your arguments aren't being taken as gospel don't pretend anyone is getting worked up (Unless you are, yourself).
To be honest, this is all one big red herring. London is the biggest city in the UK with a massive population and greatest population density. If there's going to be problems within any community, it'll surface within London first. And other crime-ridden areas second (E.g. Manchester's Moss Side). Thus what has been highlighted is exactly what should have been expected.
That probably just says more about how ineffectual the police's actions were, sadly! The police tried to justify their find by saying each gun may be used 15-20 times but I do think that they problebly shot themselves in the foot (Arg, forgive the pun).
They tried to kill two targets and instead were killed themselves, by guns. I don't think the fact they were incompetent makes the story any less valid, the over-riding fact is that two black men were hired to murder two other men, and people died. Not something that can be ignored, really.
There is a gun culture, which affects both whites and blacks. But it's the latter that seem to be more affected by it, for reasons that don't include the colour of their skin. However if action is to be taken to limit the "gun culture" effect on black communities, you gotta get through the denial stage first.
And yes, if all black gun crime was in fact commited by white people against white people, then I'm quite certain that we'd be asking ourselves why so many white people are acting in this way.

but even so what it demonstrates is that the current spate of killings in London is an anomaly.
Secondly- given that you quoted a massive series of raids on "key properties" in one of Britain's largest and most notorious cities, wouldn't you expect more than one gun to be found?
I read it all, and that's why I pointed out there appears to be no murders- as the two killed (which you'll note I acknowledged) were killed in self-defence.
Yes- the gunmen were black, but were the killings linked to black gun culture? Had they been white, would that have meant there was a link to white gun culture? This looks like a double-standard to me.
