. that's mean. I'm not sure how much you like your sister. 
from what I understand you can only get mad cow disease from brain or spinal tissue. Unless you eat cow brains and spinal cords.
The problem as I understand it, is in England they were using mechanical pullers to pull meat from the spinal cord, and there could be instances where parts of the spinal cord get mixed in with the meat.Comment
