Hmm. I must be in the minority in actually *not* minding being able to buy a combo video game/high-definition player, ala the PS3 (which I haven't done ... yet). I wish MS would have announced an XBox version that included a high-definition player.

Why? Because, if nothing else, it would be one less piece of equipment to litter the living room with.

The Xbox 360 + HD-DVD addon are about the same size as the PS3.

I know because I have them both sitting right next to eachother.

And laurentius is talking about the PS3. Dunno why he's so excited, there's 1 good game (Resistance), 1 decent game (Motorstorm), and that's about it. The bluray playback is buggy (I've had it lock up a few times, very annoying).

God of war and God of war 2. At least, you shouldn't have any problem playing them. I'm not so sure about laurentius' PS3.
