        And I do remember after having spent more than a year in Germany, when I returned to the States, at the Staff club at Fort Dix, I rememebr I became bloated before drunk drinking the American beer the first weekend back in country.


        Had minimal effect

                            I've never had a six pack, even when I weighed 62kg - I just don't have the flesh tone for it.

                              At your height you'd probably need to be around 50kg to get yours showing, that's unless you started working out of course .
