In what way. You can control or maybe manipulate peoples conscience. I don't see how you can take someones right away.

You take away a person's right of conscience by denying them freedom of expression, or freedom to outwardly identify oneself.

If you are forced under oppressive laws to behave contradictory to your true identity, you are not truly enjoying your right to conscience, correct?

Conscience is defined as one's ability to distinguish himself from the affections of his mind and/or body, in other words, have an idea of the affection that is not the affection itself.

What you're talking about is freedom of expression, and, in the case of interned Jews, material freedom.

Conscience has to do with living one's life according to one's morals or values.

Well yes. If you don't have a true conscience then you can't do that.

So back to what fake Boris was saying. Freedom of expression can essentially be an outward form of expressing one's conscience.

We express ourselves whenever we take action or behave in ways that are either consistent, or inconsistent with our values/morals.

You can not deny someone the right to their conscience like you can their right expression. Denying right to conscience doesn't really make sense. Expression (or right to expression) is not a form of one's conscience, period. What are you trying to get at?

The meaning of conscience is to choose to live in accordance with one's morals/values though. And you live your life that way through choices in behavior and action in your daily life.

So what part does not make sense in making the connection between freedom of expression with one's conscience?

Note #2 -- the complex of ethical and moral principles that controls or inhibits the ACTIONS or thoughts of an individual.

So are the people who have wrote this definition for dictionary.com off their rocker then?

So what? You are saying that the defintion connecting actions and thoughts with conscience is flawed?
