I was wrong actually. After looking some stuff up, it appears I may have got two details mixed up.

Karla is on tape as the torturer with one of the victims. A couple of reputable sources I checked claimed the girls were disposed of later. I mixed that up with claims made by an author that Karla delivered the coup de grace in at least one case.

That would leave the tape of Tammy's final moments as the closest thing to taped murder for Karla.
