    None of the avatars bothered me . I do agree that Asher's was exactly the same as the Dis and Spec ones and it appears they were all treated exactly the same.

            Your's was borderline.
            But at least there's a face and a cartoon so it's not just a nice pair.
            After the rules are reviewed, it may have to go, but for now I'm leaving it.
            Which is one reason why I wanted it left to our judgement but if there are hard set rules, we'll have to follow them.

                      That's the type of attitude that will end up with hard fast rules that will eliminate a little fun.

                      I did laugh at the cartoon.
                      But I suggest not using it till things cool down.

                      This did force the issue and it is currently being discussed among the management team.
