You can add a few others to that list too. The Kremlin? I mean, how'd they every put up a fancy church - that'd never been done before! The Neuschwanstein Castle? Did the technology even exist to build a castle in the late 1800's?

Very few items on this list actually qualify as being a "wonder"

                    Panama Canal
                    Palm Island(s)
                    Three Gorges
                    Pyramids
                    Taj Mahal
                    Angkor Wat

I'm having trouble with the last one...either the Great Wall, the temple at Petra, or the Vatican palace (including St. Peter's Square and St. Peter's Basilica both.)

Bah! I am not impressed. There's been too many good choices omitted:

                      Panama Canal

                      Many new sports arenas

What's that canal in France: The Canal Midi? - connecting the Bay of Biscay and the Bay of Lyon

                      Shi Huangdi's Tomb

                      Oak Island Money Pit

                      The Chunnel

The bridge down by Lyon that the highest in the world

The bridge between Denmark & Sweden

The airport in Japan that was build on a man-made island (and is sinking )

                      The Golden Gate Bridge

                      Hoover Dam

There's undoubtedly some Indian palaces that'd knock your eyes out.

                      Aswan High Dam

Why the hell are the Pyramids on that list? I think they are pretty secure on the "old" Wonders of the World list.

Somehow I think that if they fail to get sufficient votes in this little contest, people can still call them a wonder of the world.

No offense, but that is only a minor bridge - great belt bridge is a more proper choice
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
